Other Information:
Working hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sat 8.30am to 12.30pm
Location: Yishun
Salary: Up $6500
Responsibilities:
To review and monitor project costing, including inter-project and inter-company cost/charging concern
Manage Quantity Surveyor in the administration and review of procurement and contract management
Review contract documents and providing cost estimates on tenders
Prepare and monitor project cost budget, cash-flow for projects, track changes in design/construction work, variations and adjust budget projections accordingly
Oversee and manage main contract progress claim and subcontract payment including variation claim
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management or equivalent will be an added advantage
5-7 years of relevant experience
