Key Responsibilities

Tender Stage:

Maintain and track all tender documents, drawings, and corrigenda in accordance with document control procedures. Review and verify tender drawings and details, and assist in preparing tender enquiries. Support the team in sourcing quotations, identifying and shortlisting qualified subcontractors/vendors, and distributing relevant tender documents. Perform quantity take-offs for tender submissions within given deadlines. Assist in evaluating tenders and preparing submission documents. Ensure that all records, documentary evidence, and supporting materials are properly filed and maintained for future reference and compliance. Able to interpret and work with Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) drawings.

Execution Stage:

Conduct site verifications for variations and document findings for claim submissions. Assist the Project Manager or appointed personnel in evaluating and certifying completed works. Support in verifying and processing subcontractor claims.

Help monitor the submission and progress of claims and coordinate with the Contract Manager as needed.
Track all purchase orders in execution and report on material balances and outstanding quantities.

Requirements

Familiarity with M&E systems and requirements. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.). Fast learner with a positive attitude and openness to learning new skills and technologies.
