Job Description

:

• Oversee all building and contractual aspects on site to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and verify progress claims for clients and from subcontractors, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
• Solicit quotations, perform evaluations, and manage the awarding of contracts to selected subcontractors.
• Provide updated project information, including taking-off, estimation, and tabulation tasks, upon request.
• Prepare and finalize outstanding progress claims and final claims, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to project requirements.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Cost Estimation Analysis, Measurement and Valuation, and Contract Management.
• Strong negotiation abilities and leadership skills to manage contractors and project stakeholders effectively.
• Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and travel as required.
• Relevant certifications in Contract Administration or Construction Management are advantageous.
• Professional memberships or certifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB) are a plus.
