Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist Contract manager in conducting Cost estimates, cost planning, and cost management.
Prepare contracts and documents.
Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for quotation and procurement
Assist in budget preparation and cost presentation
Assist in billings
Evaluate progress payment and VOs and cost-benefit analysis
Perform variation order
To verify subcontractors' / suppliers' monthly progressive claims and obtain approval before proceeding to prepare payment certificates.
Handle all contract matters
Coordinate with the Client's consultant in any project matters
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Building / Quantity Surveying
5 years of work experience as a Quantity Surveyor in HDB A&A project
Experience in HDB projects will be an added advantage
Responsible, positive work attitude and good leadership skills
Able to commence work with short notice
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
Monday to Friday Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
Expected Start Date: 09/06/2025
