Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Senior Quantity Surveyor

to join our project team. The ideal candidate will manage the full spectrum of cost and contract administration for

construction, ACMV, and M&E projects

, ensuring value, compliance, and profitability throughout each project's lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and manage

cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents

for projects. Evaluate

tender submissions

, negotiate with subcontractors, and make recommendations for award. Conduct

quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and value engineering

to optimize project costs. Prepare and manage

progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts

with clients and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with

contractual terms, drawings, and specifications

. Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to monitor project cost performance and control expenses. Prepare

cash flow projections

and assist in project financial reporting. Provide advice on

contractual and commercial matters

throughout project execution. Lead and mentor junior QS staff to ensure quality and efficiency in work delivery.

Qualifications:

Minimum

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline

. At least

5-8 years of relevant experience

in construction / M&E / ACMV projects. Strong knowledge of

contract law, procurement processes, and cost control principles

. Proficient in

MS Office, or other QS software

. Excellent

analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

. * Able to work independently and lead a small team effectively.
