Participation in the preparation of pre & post tender documentation Prepare tender BQ/quotations including taking off, material and costing Source for new suppliers & sub contractors Responsible for coordination with contractors, suppliers & other parties Communicate & coordinate with Client/Consultant/Project Manager for claims and variation matters

Job Requirements

Construction & Interior Fit-out related experience in Singapore advantageous Candidate must possess at least Professional certificate in Engineering (civil) or equivalent Required Language: English At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position * Preferably Senior Executive specialised in Civil/Construction/Structural/Facilities or equivalent
