Responsibilities:

Preparation of RFQxe2x80x99s
Source for quotation for materials and service
Analysis and evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities
Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control
Prepare settlement for final account
Manage Contracts administration
Handle issues including extension of time, terms and condition, loss and expenses claim etc.

Requirements:

A Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree in QS or Engineering.
At least 8-10 years of QS experience in the construction of Civil or Building projects (For senior role)
At least 5 years of QS experience in the construction of Civil or Building projects (For Quantity Surveyor role)
Good knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Contracts Administration.
Good time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage particular tasks in charge.
