Job Description

- Monday to Saturday - 5.5 days


Working hours: 0830-1830 (Mon-Fri), 0830-1230 (Sat)

Responsibilities

Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation of tenders / projects Prepare tender submission Sourcing, evaluate and negotiation with specialists, suppliers and subcontractors Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner Finalise project accounts with clients and subcontractors

Requirement

Minimum diploma or degree holder in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Construction Sector in Singapore Candidates with road, drainage, infrastructure/civil works experience preferred Candidates with substantial years of experience will be considered for the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor Good knowledge of construction sequences and material trends Independent with excellent problem solving skills, detailed and a good team player Salary range will be based on experience in Singapore
