Senior Quantity Surveyor

to join our team.





Salary: Up to

$6,000

(based on experience)


Location: Singapore

What You'll Do

? Lead and mentor the QS team to deliver cost-effective solutions.


? Oversee cost control activities across multiple projects.


? Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.


? Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal, and regulatory requirements.


? Advise senior management on project risks and cost-saving opportunities.


? Prepare clear financial reports and forecasts for stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).


5-8 years of experience in cost consultancy / contracts management.


Strong knowledge of

pre- and post-contract duties

.


Familiar with

forms of measurement

(CEMS, SMM, or equivalent).


Membership with

SISV, RICS, or AIQS

is an advantage.


Strong negotiation and analytical skills with good attention to detail.
