Preparing the quantity requirements.
Creating reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, and other related documents.
Liaising with clients and other professionals like Site Managers, Project Managers, and Site Engineers.
Checking inventory and ordering more materials whenever needed.
Perform monthly cost reporting, tracking of ongoing job and update budgets.
Attend site meetings, on-site BQ verifications and quality check.
Prepare quotations and bills of site control and site valuation.
Assess and evaluate subcontractor payments.
Requirements:-
Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
Working experience in construction industry.
Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience.
Good working attitude, ability to organise and plan.
* Excellent negotiating and people skills.
