For SQS position
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, MTOs, and tender proposals for steel/metal works.
Review contracts, drawings, and specs; manage subcontracts and variations.
Handle monthly claims, VOs, and final accounts; ensure timely payment and documentation.
Track budgets, cost control, and cash flow; prepare reports for management.
Liaise with project, engineering, and procurement teams; attend client meetings.
Guide and support junior QS staff.
Other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in QS, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Min. 4-6 years' experience in steelwork QS or contract admin.
Strong in cost estimation, negotiation & drawing interpretation.
Independent, detail-oriented, and good communication skills.
