Assisting Contract Manager in pricing and taking off measurement works.
Preparing Tender and contract documents.
Monitoring related projects.
Liaising with clients, consultants and contractors.
Site viewing and understanding.
All other necessary admin works related to work scope.
Requirements:
Min. Diploma of relevant discipline or equivalent
Min. 5 yrs experience in civil engineering industry
Knowledge of Contracts Law and SOP
Experience in contract drafting
* Experience in contract administration
