We are a well-established
construction company
seeking an experiencedSenior Quantity Surveyor
to support our ongoinggovernment projects
. The ideal candidate will manage both pre- and post-contract cost control and ensure all commercial aspects of the project are delivered effectively.Responsibilities
Prepare and manage
cost estimates, tender submissions, and Bills of Quantities (BQ)
. Handleprogress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
. Administersubcontractor procurement and contract documentation
. Conductcost control, budgeting, and financial reporting
. Liaise withclients, consultants, and project teams
on contractual matters.Requirements
Diploma/Degree in
Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
.5+ years of experience
in construction, preferably onpublic sector/government projects
. Familiar withPSSCOC
