Senior / Quantity Surveyor
Job Responsibility
- Review tender documents upon receiving an invite, and address client queries.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for ACMV projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and related costs.
- Understand BMS point schedules and collaborate with specialist BMS suppliers.
- Request quotations from Suppliers and Subcontractors.
- Negotiate contracts with project stakeholders.
- Identify cost variations and propose cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure suppliers and subcontractors meet tender requirements.
- Minimum Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- 5 years or above of related work experience
- The company\'s office is situated in the AMK area, close to Gain City AMK/ ITE Central
