Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8am - 5.15pm
Office Location (HQ) : Paya Lebar
Current Project & Site Location: Tuas / Woodlands / Tengah / Sembawang / Tanjong Pagar

• Site Office / A1 Main Con / Building / Construction / Tender / Contract

Requirements:

• A Bachelor\'s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering
• At least 6 years of experience in QS
• Prior experience in building construction projects is preferred
• Knowledge in Glodon Software would be advantageous
• Comfortable to working at construction site office
• Good knowledge of construction materials, building products/technology, and methods of construction

Roles & Responsibilities

• Preparation of Letter of Award & Sub-Contract documents
• Sub-Contract Procurement
• Preparation of BQ, Quotation/Tender Document (including trade preamble for Quotation /Tender calling
• Analysis of Quotation/Tender submission, preparation of Cost Comparison for Quotation/Tender submissions
• Issue Tender Clarifications
• Conduct Tender Interviews for Award of Subcontract, good negotiation skills, and able to finalize award recommendations for management approval.
• Formulate VE proposals
• Submission & valuation of Variation Claims and Payments (for Main Contract & Sub-Contract)
• Final Account Settlements (for Main Contract & Sub-Contract)
• Submission of performance bonds, Indemnities/Warranties, etc.
• Cashflow Projection
• Knowledge on various forms of Conditions of Contract
• Able to manage claims & dispute matters
• Maintain effective networking with Consultants, Suppliers, and Subcontractors
• Able to provide guidance and coaching to junior team members
