Job Summary:

• Company background: Singapore Based A1 Constructions
• Working location: West
• Working days & hrs: 6 days; Monday to Saturday (Alt. Sat) ;8.30am - 6.00pm
• Salary range: up to SGD 8,000 (dep. On exp) + VB

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop tender strategies and oversee tender estimation, including quantity take-offs and cost estimation.
• Prepare comprehensive tender submissions, including qualification and quantification documents.
• Coordinate with all parties to ensure accurate analysis of projects, collating critical information, and preparing final submission documentation.
• Conduct tender exercises for sub-contracting, including the evaluation and awarding of contracts.
• Develop client-specific plans aligned with the Master Industry Plan, incorporating industry market trends and key propositions, with a preference for experience in Design & Build Tenders.
• Present tender submission proposals to management and potential clients/consultants, demonstrating strong negotiation skills.
• Relevant studies or experience in Quantity Surveying within Construction Industry.
• Good to have experiences with A1/A2 building company.
