Pre Contract and Post Contract

• Responsible for the overall cost and time matters of the project and ensure task are completed in a timely manner and acceptable quality
• Accountable for tender analysis and evaluation
• Accountable to perform risk, value management and cost control
• Prepare and analyze costing for tender
• Preparation of the Tender Bid emphasizing on measurement, calling quotations and tender documentation
• Quantity take off and cost comparison for main work trades
• To assist in establishing client\'s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies
• To supervise QS in performing duties in accordance to contract provision and company system
• To ensure QS perform duties within timeline given
• Checking QS work output, eg claim, measurement & payment certification
• Understand contract provision thoroughly and advise the risk/ areas of concern
• Identify, analyze and evaluate problems encountered by QS and propose the effective solution approach
• Assist in final account settlement/ commercial settlement of project account

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
• At least 6 years of working experience in related filed is required
• Meticulous and details oriented
• Ability to work with tight deadlines
• Good communication skills
• A dynamic, positive and forward thinking personality will be essential
• 5 days work week with transport pickup
