Key Responsibilities

Manage the full spectrum of quantity surveying and contract administration duties from pre- to post-contract stages. Prepare cost estimates, tender documentation, and Bills of Quantities (BQ) in accordance with project specifications. Evaluate tender submissions and assist in tender clarifications and contract award recommendations. Administer progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts. Provide cost control and monitoring throughout project lifecycle to ensure compliance with budget and contractual terms. Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on contractual and commercial matters. Review contract terms and identify potential risks, variations, and claims. Support project team in procurement and subcontract management activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, project procedures, and statutory requirements.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, preferably in commercial building or institutional projects Strong understanding of contract law, procurement, and cost management practices. Proficient in MS Excel and measurement software (e.g., CostX, Cubicost).
