Job Description

This role leads the Package Integration function within Advanced Packaging R&D. The individual is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of high-performance and cost-effective advanced packaging solutions, and aligning cross-functional objectives to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute advanced packaging strategy
Lead cross-functional collaboration for package integration
Oversee execution on performance, cost, quality, and reliability
Provide technical and organizational leadership
Guide team development and performance reviews
Represent the function across internal and external partners
Ideal Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Physics, or related technical field
10+ years' experience in semiconductor or advanced packaging
Strong knowledge in bonding, plating, warpage control, assembly
Demonstrated leadership and project execution capability
