Job Description
As Senior Real Estate Manager in this international F&B brand, you will be the deputy of the department to assist the Head of Real Estate to formulate/ implement Real Estate strategy in targetted SEA market.You will be leading a team of 3-4 to identify suitable sites in SEA, managing key landloard acounts to secure profitable sites, negotiating favourable leasing terms and conditions, formulating and executive Real Estate plan in a systematic way based on Real Estate data analysis results carried out by your team.They are looking for someone -
- Bachelor\'s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate leasing, preerably from Retail / F&B sectors
- Strategic, assertive manager who can lead a team of 5-6 to make informative decision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Station in Singapore with occasional business trip.
