Job Description

Responsible for timely and accurate preparation of the Bar Bending Schedule. Coordinator with rebar supplier to arrange and follow up the supply of rebars in time. Check the supply of rebars on site, and check the rebar delivery list. Assist contract department in project bidding calculation and reinforcement budget. Monitor and control project rebar budget and rebar loss. Responsible for the daily management of project rebar. Provide technical guidance to steel foremen and workers to prevent wrong binding and rework; Keep and update rebar quantity schedules for structural engineers.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or relevant certificate in Building / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying. At least 6 years of Rebar Schedule experience in Construction. Candidates with Singapore HDBBTO project is preferred. Experience in main building project. Strong planning and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines. * Able to work independently and in teams with minimum supervision.
