Senior Recovery/collection Manager, Avp/vp, Digital Bank
Job Description
In this role, you will be involved in driving collections from strategy to execution. You will employ data analytics, establish key metrics for performance monitoring and drive improvements in collection processes. You will also collaborate with legal and real estate partners while you perform front/backend recovery and collection for NPLs.
The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years of Collection/Credit Risk experience for both secured and unsecured loans within the Banking industry. Meticulous attention to detail, robust analytical, problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders are crucial. Proficiency in English and Mandarin would be required to communicate with business stakeholders.
