Job Description
- 5 Working Days
- Working Hours: 8am-6pm, On Run Rate: 10am - 5pm
- Office is located at Shenton House
- Company Size: 3 Office / Total Headcount: 80+
- Nearest MRT: Shenton Way / Tanjong Pagar / Downtown / Raffles Place
- Consultant with working experience in executive sourcing via Job Street / LinkedIn is highly preferred
- Basic: $3150 + KPI Allowances $500 + Commission (1X Threshold)
- Flexible Working Hours (On Run Rate)
- 180 Degree of Recruitment only, company has own BD team to acquire new clients.
- Perform Recruitment role from posting of ads (Jobstreet, LinkedIn), sourcing and screening of candidates, coordination of interview, offer and follow up with both employees and employers status.
- Career coaching and counselling to prepare jobseekers
- Built and maintain an ethics and cordial partnership with clients and candidates
- Manage AR of your clients, warm calling to existing clients.
