IOT is our Tech specialist recruitment niche amongst our multi-brand consultancies in Life Sciences and Construction. We partner with start-ups and scale-ups across various industries, and with accelerating organic growth, we are on the hunt for experienced Senior / Recruitment Consultants for our Singapore office.

We are looking to work with a handful of Senior Consultants to expand the business for 2023. If you are a seasoned Tech recruiter, this platform is an enabler to:

The Job of a 360:

• Hunt new opportunities through business development with start-ups, scale-ups and unicorns
• Negotiate terms & conditions of business
• Upkeep best-in-class engagement with clients through industry insights and candidate delivery
• Supporting the recruitment across a multitude of start-ups and Enterprises, identify candidates for them on the shortest turnaround time
• Fact-find and conduct needs analysis on candidates
• Communicate and negotiate with clients and candidates to reach a winning consensus
• Ensure consistent follow-up post-placement of candidates

What makes you a great fit?

• At least 1 year experience in Tech agency recruitment or executive search
• Proven track record in closing sales
• Competitive history demonstrating resilience, grit and determination
• Desire to lead a team is an added incentive

Candidates with adequate experience with be considered for Senior Consultant.
