Key Responsibilities

Own the full 360 recruitment lifecycle: Search clients, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation and placement. Build and nurture client partnerships to craft customized hiring strategies across different industry and Professional Services. Coach and mentor junior consultants, fostering team-wide best practices and performance excellence. Achieve personal goals and KPI.

You Bring

5+ years of agency or with a proven track record of hitting or surpassing revenue targets. Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills. Resilience in a fast-paced environment and a collaborative, team-first attitude. strong command of written and spoken English.

With a strong database and trusted client network, inherit a base of interested clients, enabling you to focus on delivering results.
