About the role

Talent Blaze Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team . As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, selecting, and placing top talent for our diverse range of clients across multiple industries.

What you'll be doing

Partner with clients to deeply understand their hiring needs and requirements, and deliver customized recruitment solutions Proactively source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and your professional network Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit Provide expert guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and placement Consistently meet and exceed key performance metrics, such as fill rates and time-to-hire Collaborate with the wider Talent Blaze team to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes

What we're looking for

A minimum of 5 years' experience as a recruitment consultant or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in an agency environment A proven track record of successfully identifying, engaging, and placing top talent across various industries Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously A strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative recruitment solutions A passion for the recruitment industry and a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience
