Job Description
Duties and Responsibilites
- Manage 180 or 360 end-to-end recruitment process
- Establish relationships with potential candidates and clients
- Sourcing the best candidates for clients
- Provide excellent professional recruitment services to clients and candidates
- Recruitment process tacking and monitoring
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Related experience in recruitment field is perferred
- Persuasive, resilence, driven and willing to take on new chanllenges
- Energetic, self-motivated and proactive
- Excellent interpersonal and communicatin skills
- You have to take CEI certification for this position
