We are looking to hire experienced recruiters who can bring their industry knowledge, existing network in their niche/ industry to join our Financial Services, Insurance, or Technology team to build and grow their business in ways they haven\'t managed to before.

Germany. We have been a true success story of 2021 & 2022 - with both our UK & Asia teams having record breaking years. With our office located in the central business district of Singapore, we are now looking to further expand our team to continue our world domination!

As an experienced consultant, you will

• Strengthen your market specialty with new clients and network that Gravitas currently works with, with mentorship and leadership of veterans in the field
• Develop and capitalise on existing client relationships to further develop your own business and network
• Work with a recruitment firm actually built on values, transparency, and honesty
• Work in a high-performing culture where everyone is consistently striving for their personal best
• Advise clients and candidates using your own market knowledge to provide specific and tailored solutions that fit their needs
• Join our award-winning "Senior Consultant Development Programme" that focuses on advanced recruitment skills to prepare you as a future mentor and manager to junior consultants

If you,

• Have at least 2 years in the recruitment industry
• Are doing 360 recruitment and have a consistent track record of billing and doing business development
• Are looking to build a long-term career in one place instead of jumping agencies
