Manage the full recruitment and placement process in accordance with MOM Employment Agencies regulatory framework.
Condut client consultations to understand manpower needs and job specifications.
Source, screen and match suitable candidates for local and foreign manpower positions.
Prepare and process employment-related documents
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and clients records in accordance with PDPA and MOM compliance requirements.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with the Employment Act
Support marketing, outreach and training programmes related to manpower services.
Handle client and worker enquiries professionally and maintain high ethical standards in all dealings.
Requirements
Must possess valid CEI or KAH certification.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in EA, HR or manpower placement operations.
Good understanding of MOM processess on EP/WPOL online.
Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital HR platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a tea in a fast-paced environment.
Biligual in English and another language preferred to liaise with diverse client and worker group.
