About the Company
Our Client is a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions serving companies across multiple industries.
Responsibilities
Were looking for a driven Senior Regional Business Development Manager to develop and grow new business and execute business strategies in the Asia Pacific region.

• Own end-to-end business development process, identify and pursue new business opportunities;

• Develop and execute targeted marketing plans to drive business growth and increase brand visibility;

• Execute strategies for product development and growth across regional solutioning teams;

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to tailor and create proposals and service offerings;

• Build and maintain strong relationships with global teams to drive cross-regional sales leads and collaboration;

• Act as key point of contact for regional clients, assisting with scoping and qualifying opportunities, pricing and tender submissions;

• Define plans for solution implementation;

• Manage tender process by engaging internal and external stakeholders;

• Conduct client presentations and participate in negotiations;

• Observe industry trends, innovations and technologies, in order to suggest best practices for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the supply chain or logistics industry, with exposure to warehouse operations;

• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently;

• Excellent communication skills, particularly in sales presentations and negotiations;

• Excellent stakeholder management, both internally and externally;

• Good organisational skills and ability to work well across functional and regional teams;

• Proactive, resourceful and enterprising attitude.
