Enhance Company\'s Branding and Online Presence for the assigned business/products/solutions
Drive Sales Growth through Integrated Marketing
Understand the company objectives and directions, and work with various stakeholders to support plan & execute integrated marketing campaigns/activities on new launch and drive sales growth of company businesses:
Digital Marketing
Identify suitable channels/platforms to run digital campaigns that result in lead generation and pipeline building for sales.
Propose/Provide digital marketing plan execution details and costing.
Work on SEM, GDN (keywords search, ad copy, banner display, media buy) with media vendor/agency.
Set up and manage campaign workflow.
Set up campaigns performance metrics and track results.
Review & evaluate campaigns\' performance and propose next course of action.
Events
Plan, prepare and organize the following on-site/virtual events:
Tradeshow/ Exhibition
Seminars / Workshops
Webinars
Propose/Provide event plan execution details and costing
Identify & propose suitable venue
Plan event agenda/program
Manage event invitations & attendees
Work with appointed agency/vendor & relevant Business Units/Departments on event requirements & support
Design promotional plan to entice customer and incentive schemes to drive sales at event
Other Advertising (TVC, Print Ads, Sponsorship)
Identify suitable media/platform/associations to increase brand visibility
Campaign concept (Ad concept/brief, advertorial article)
Work with appointed agency/vendor to produce ad deliverables
Marketing support to Distributors in the region
Promotions & Incentives
Design effective marketing promotions and incentives programs to support and motivate sales in product & solutions\' sell through
Support in executing key experiential and transactional marketing campaigns with our Partners to drive sales across our business portfolio
Support team manager in the Quarterly Advertising Expenditure verification & submission to Japan HQ
Requirement
Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Mass Communication/Business Management
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience to be considered for Senior Executive position
Junior marketing experience will be considered for the Marketing Executive position
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Highly initiative, meticulous, resourceful, creative and a team player
Proficient in MS Office and marketing/creative software
Familiar with managing social media and web analytics
Good working knowledge on digital marketing
Working knowledge of marketing automation tool, such as HubSpot, will be an advantage
