Reporting to the Associate Director, Maritime Sales, Pdt Dev & Sales Supp Singtel Satellite, the primary focus will be on the following areas but not restricted to:

  • Sales and account management of local Singapore and overseas accounts and satellite service provider partners.
  • Demonstrated leadership with high sales orientation will be considered
  • Have good understanding of satellite, telecommunications, cyber security services, IT services and solutions.
  • Be able to build strategic customer relationship from the management level to the technical level.
  • Understand MNC operations and organizational relationship dynamics.
Make an Impact by

New Business Generation
  • Account management of existing key accounts in Singapore
  • Account management of existing Satellite Service Provider Partners overseas
  • Hunt for new opportunities for both local and overseas companies
  • Working with various internal teams to formulate value propositions and product positioning to create differentiations.
  • Execute lead generation activities and promotions to drive awareness and accelerate adoption.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with complementary technology and marketing partners to develop new opportunities, joint business plans and value propositions.
Market Development/Thought Leadership
  • Keep abreast of key trends affecting the business. Be aware of new developments and trends in the Maritime industry.
  • Must possess a strong intellectual curiosity and desire to understand and solve client pain points.
  • Possesses strong critical reasoning skills; Able to provide meaningful, well-reasoned critiques and suggestions on the direction of a variety of initiatives.


Skills for Success
  • A recognised degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Telco/ICT/satellite industry.
  • Sales experience in selling technology
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to formulate, write and succinctly communicate our value, strategy and proposed solution on client opportunities.
