Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to assist our Matron in ensuring the smooth operation of our Home while maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance with government regulations. Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Matron and Staff Nurse in delivering quality care to residents and overseeing the efficient day-to-day operations of the Home. Plan, organize, and oversee the work assignments of the nursing and caregiving team to ensure optimal workflow. Ensure the safe storage, packing, and administration of medication in compliance with safety standards. Support the implementation of policies and practices to maintain high standards of care and operational excellence.
