Job Description

My client is a Chinese Healthcare and TCM company who is starting up their operations in Singapore. They are looking for a Senior Regulatory Affairs and Research Executive.Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Liaison: You\'ll act as the bridge between your company and regulatory bodies (such as the Health Sciences Authority) to manage product applications, registrations, and certifications for new market entry. This includes maintaining licenses (like Marketing Authorizations) in compliance with local regulations.
• Documentation Compliance: You\'ll prepare and organize technical data, product information, and ensure all related documentation (for registration, production, and promotional materials) adheres to regulatory requirements in Singapore.
• External Relationships: Developing and supporting relationships with key external agencies is crucial. You\'ll facilitate meetings and participate in negotiations with regulatory authorities.
• Drug Export Facilitation: You\'ll be responsible for facilitating drug exports from China to Singapore, ensuring compliance with export policies.
• Chinese Medicine Research: Assisting in screening and researching proprietary Chinese medicine formulations, providing consultative and intelligence support to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Education: A Master\'s degree or above in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or a related field.
• Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in both Chinese and English is important as this is a Chinese company and you will liaising with a lot of different Chinese stakeholders in China.
• Experience: A minimum of three years of working experience, with at least two years of drug registration experience. Preferably, you should be a registered pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage regulatory issues, knowledge of the regulatory environment, and understanding of drug development practices, rules, regulations, and guidelines.
