What the role is
• Process administrative documentation in therapeutic product applications for registration. • Case management of registration applications. • Handle matters related to post-registration management of TP registrations, registry, IT systems, procurement and finance, and updating of databases. • Manage databases and generate periodic reports. • Provide advice / guidance on the regulatory requirements and procedures for therapeutic product regulatory submissions, and to respond to enquiries from industry and healthcare stakeholders as well as member of public. • Any other tasks as assigned. Requirements • Possess knowledge in related scientific disciplines, e.g., Pharmaceutical Science, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology. • Able to multi-task and work under pressure. • Resourceful and works well independently. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Possess good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. • Meticulous and committed to ensure confidentiality, accuracy and completeness in preparing documentations.
