Adecco is partnering with a client in the agricultural trade industry and they are looking for a Senior Research Analyst to join their global research team. This is an exciting role where the incumbent will focus on global analysis and forecasting of supply and demand development for world prices in dry commodities.

Job scope:
In-depth research and market analysis on dry commodities to provide global understanding of supply and demand forecast

Coordinate and monitor dry commodities\' demand and flows to various regions from all origins

Closely monitor market movements and translate data into logical analysis for business to make sound decisions

Actively participate in global supply and demand meetings and provide updates on any forecast adjustments

Make improvements to current data quality and develop new work models when necessary

Requirements:
Degree/Masters holder in Science/Economics is advantageous

Strong statistical and analytical skills, well-versed in data management

Ability to communicate well with various stakeholders

Able to identify business needs and convert them into solutions in terms of systems, models and market analysis
