Job Description
The Energy Research Institute @ NTU invites applications for the position of Senior Research II.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and coordinate the activities related to the rotary reactor equipment
- Responsible for the commission of the rotary reactor equipment to achieve functional state
- Design and conduct experiments to collect and assist in analyzing the data
- Prepare drafts of presentation slides, and progress reports to the management teams, funding agencies and stakeholders
- Assist in the procure and claim process with assistance from the procurement team
- Monitor and keep up to date the latest technology and trend in the methane cracking and energy domain
- Able to work as a team as well as independently, pro-active and result driven
- Any other tasks as deemed necessary by the reporting officer and management
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree and above in material science or equivalent with minimum eight (08) years of working experience or industry experience
- Prior experience in handing rotary reactor equipment is highly desirable
- Proficiency in MS Office (Powerpoint, Words, Excel etc.), web design editing tools and digital social media marketing
- Good interpersonal skills and seek to contribute actively to the team
- Excellent teamwork awareness and cohesive team player
- Strong communication, leadership skill and initiatives
