Job Description
Preferably to have process engineering experience in photolithography processes.
Responsibilities:
Systematic troubleshooting of process and equipment-related problems
To take charge of new tools technical assessment and equipment process startup
Drive continuous improvement projects (CIP) to achieve better quality and lower cost.
To set-up appropriate process and product control plan and out of control acti on plans (OCAP)
Provide technical training to related staff on best-know practices in terms of process control
Yield analysis and continuous process improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor or higher degree in Electrical and Electronics, Material, Physics or Chemical engineering
Minimum 3~5 years of hands-on semiconductor experience
Possess computer software skills (i.e. JMP, Minitab, SQL, Visual basic, etc)
Knowledge in problem solving and quality control skills (i.e. ISO, SPC, RCA, DAMIC, DOE, etc)
