SRIS is deeply integrated into Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s research ecosystem, ensuring its continued scientific excellence and providing its staff with the best opportunities for professional growth and development.We are looking to hire an experienced scientist to develop and conduct a high throughput assay for identifying novel skincare ingredients.Key Responsibilities:Conduct a comprehensive, critical review of relevant literature and available assaysRecommend and implement a pathway for assay development, including validation and QCSelect compound librariesConduct one or more high throughput assays, analyse and evaluate outcomesProvide regular communication with the industry partner and other stakeholdersKey Competencies:Minimum of PhD and 10 years post-doctoral experience in skin biology or closely related fieldExperience with high-througput assays, automated imaging solutions and compound library selectionHaving worked with industry partners in the pastAble to work in a highly structured project environmentAble to function independentlyHiring Institution: LKC
