Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage research projects to support product development and innovation pipelines. Design experimental studies, protocols, and methodologies aligned with regulatory and clinical requirements. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to generate insights that guide product design and development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Marketing. Supervise and mentor research scientists and associates. Stay current with technological advances and industry trends, integrating relevant insights into the company's innovation strategy. Prepare and review technical documentation, research reports, and publications. Support regulatory submissions and interactions by providing scientific data and evidence.

Requirements:

Master's or PhD in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, or related field. At least 7 years of relevant experience in MedTech, medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare R&D. Proven track record of managing research teams and delivering successful projects. Strong understanding of medical device development processes and regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, MDR). Hands-on experience with experimental design, statistical analysis, and scientific writing. Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience in working with clinical partners or academic institutions is a plus.
