Discover antibodies against cancer and immune targets using the antibody discovery techniques developed in the lab

Engineer antibodies into various formats

Express and purify recombinant antibodies

Perform biochemical, biophysical and cell-based assays to characterize the functions of the antibodies

Perform in vivo characterization of the antibodies in the mouse models

Record, analyze and present data



The successful candidate should have a Bachelors degree with at least 7 years work experience or Masters degree with at least 5 years work experience in life science research with proficient and extensive skills in:



Molecular cloning techniques

Mammalian cell culture

Recombinant protein expression and purification

Protein characterization such as thermal stability, qPCR-based applications

Immunological assays
