Job Scope:


Provide supervision services for all Civil & Structural works to ensure that contractors complies with contract/authorities/agencies' requirement Submit Quality Assurance and Control plans to OIC Review all drawings and specifications, and highlight any discrepancies, non-workable and/or missing details to OIC/QP(D)/QP(S) Review and comment on construction method statements, risk assessments for works, work plan, design for safety (DfS) workshop and SOP proposals Evaluate technically any claims submitted by main contractor and submit recommendation to the Superintending Officer Provide all relevant endorsement required by client, BCA, other statutory authorities/agencies Assist QPD for application of TOP and CSC Prepare site supervision plan and supervise all works directed by OIC Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion and prepare necessary site progress and status report Adhere to regulations and requirements of stakeholders liaise with stakeholders' supervision team on any supervision works Report any accident/incident/near miss on site immediately to OIC and provide all necessary detailed information
Requirements:


Be an engineer in the civil/structural discipline with qualification accredited Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) of IES/ACES as QSS Have at least eight (8) years of experience as a civil engineer Have at least four (4) years shall be in supervision of works civil, structural and geotechnical, building works, including structural elements for architectural works, plumbing, sanitary, drainage, irrigation and sewerage system, building services, electrical and mechanical (E&M), and specialist engineering works * Possess a C&S Engineering Degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
