Job Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Retail Assistant to join their team to promote golf-related products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, has a positive attitude, and thrives in a retail environment. Candidates with golf-related knowledge will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer engagement by assisting with product selection and delivering high service standards.
- Ensure store presentation is maintained, with merchandise properly displayed and stocked.
- Handle cashiering duties accurately and support junior staff when needed.
- Take a proactive role in inventory checks, stock replenishment, and reporting discrepancies.
- Provide strong product knowledge and recommend suitable items to customers.
- Contribute actively to achieving store sales targets.
- Prior retail or customer service experience will be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Service oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Responsible, proactive, and a good team player.
- 5-day work week
- Retail environment (Orchard Road)
