Senior Retail Associate | Store Supervisor

Job Description
- Working Days : 5 - 6 Days Depending On Roster
- Working Hours : 44 Hours / Week
- Salary : $2400 - $3200 (Depending on Experience) + Commission
Available Store Island-wide: Jurong East, Jurong West, Orchard , Novena, Bugis , Paya Lebar , Harbour Front
- Provide excellent customer service
- Proactively follow-up on customer queries & needs
- Achieve the agreed standards on the sales floor including till and service zone at all times
- Maximize sales through effective management of departmental stock and size availability to facilitate layout planning
- General store operations - including visual merchandising, managing inventory, stocktaking and general house keeping
- Operate the till (handling of cash and credit cards) with the correct procedures, achieving high level of efficiency and accuracy
- Keeping abreast of latest fashion news (or trends in fashion) in order to possess in-depth product knowledge and communicate to customers effectively
- Make use of the product knowledge to suggest products and promote product benefits to customers in order to drive sales
- Develop strong connections with customer to generate loyal customers and repeat transactions
- Any other ad-hoc duties given by Supervisor or SIC
- At least 2 years of experience the similar industry, preferably in Fashion and / or lifestyle chain stores
- Passion for Fashion
