Job Description
Key Tasks
(A) Customer Service
- Offer customers with exemplary and timely service
- Recommend alternative purchase choice
- Build and maintain internal and external customer satisfaction
- Service oriented – polite in dealing with customers and possess positive customer service attitude
- Demonstrates enthusiasm to change and adapt new skills
- Uphold brand and operational standards
- Responsible for the retails inventory transfer
- Merchandise, stock and replenish the selling floor constantly
- To handle Stock Movement processes to avoid stock loss due to improper handling
- To update Retail Supervisor on all Sales Incentives and their achievements/areas for improvement through daily communications
- To record observations of customers behavior/feedback and report these formally to the Retail Supervisor
- Daily housekeeping routines are done in assigned store
- Change display of merchandise accordingly to Merchandiser’s requirement
- Responsible for the maintenance and clearance of the store
- To ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented
- Process shipments and ensured all merchandise is represented on the floor
- Strictly compliance to cash handling procedures
- Be well informed of all promotional activities
- Work closely with Retail Supervisor to implement the promotion activities
- Works harmoniously and cooperatively with all colleagues and show mutual respect to each other
