Our Client, a leading Real Estate company is seeking to recruit for a Senior Retail Leasing Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team in the execution of the leasing strategies
- To work with agents to prospect for new tenants
- Oversee the lease renewals negotiation and conclude on lease agreements
- Conduct competitive market research
- Prepare annual budget and forecast for properties assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate, Business and or any other relevant discipline
- Possess 8 to 10 years\' experience in retail leasing and have prior experiences
- Dynamic personality with strong leadership traits
