: Alipay Labs (Singapore) is looking for an experienced Risk Management leader to join the team in establishing new business opportunity by developing localized digital finance risk management technology solutions in the global markets, specially Southeast Asia countries. We are looking to hire a self-motivated, detail-oriented, team-spirited and adaptable Risk professional with deep Southeast Asia digit financing services industry knowledge who will cover a diverse range of risk areas. This role will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Business, Technology, other functional and risk functions in various global companies to transform their digital credit risk management framework, methodology, and technology. The ideal candidate will be a confident self-starter with good interpersonal and organizational skills, and demonstrate the ability to effectively and proactively exercise sound judgment and partner with the business in a fast-paced environment as well as cultural adaptability. Key Responsibilities:
- Build business arrangement with each market digital platform companies. This includes but not limited to contract negotiation, project management, resource management, risk platform improvement, credit risk strategy development.
- Facilitate local digital platforms to design and rollout inclusive lending products such as BNPL, consumer cash loan, small business loan in their markets.
- Create and enhance credit decision management engine by leveraging advanced technology and comprehansive risk management knowledge including AI based credit risk modeling skills.
- Assist local digital platform to capture and realize growth opportunities, and ensure the safety and soundness of credit decisions to control the loss.
- Oversee the project progress, timeline, and deliverables to satisfy the contractual agreement and partners\' expectations.
- Manage the resource requirement and allocation, financial arrangement and fulfillment, and business related activities.
- Bachelor degree or above with more than 5 years of work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess strong data analysis, product capabilities and attention to detail.
