Senior / Sales Account Manager

Job Description


We are looking to hire Senior / Sales Managers to join our dynamic Commercial team to service and manage existing client relationships, build new ones and to convert them into sales revenue. As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing and managing sales deals, generating maximum revenue for the Company.

:

  • Confidently sell JCDecaux-managed advertising spaces in Out-of-Home communication
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set to you
  • Establish close and trusted working relationships with new and existing clients to expand customer\'s base through cold calls, meetings and presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful management and delivery of campaigns
  • Provide best-in-class post-sales services to clients and agency partners
  • Plan and build active sales pipeline to ensure success in achievement of KPIs
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the advertising marketplace, including regular analysis of competitor activity and identifying opportunities for creative concepts
  • Be professional in carrying oneself and in performing all duties
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Business Management, Communications and Media or Digital Marketing
  • Excellent in both oral and verbal communications
  • Proficient in MS tools especially Powerpoint and Excel
  • Advertising or media-related work experience, fresh graduates with an interest in media advertising sales and marketing are welcome to apply
  • Results-oriented, motivated by performance rewards and incentives
  • Strong customer-service mindset to manage the company\'s broad customer base of iconic and household brands, media agencies and specialists
  • A good listener with an inquisitive mind to provide expert consults and best collaboration opportunities
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, able to analyze numbers and put forth actionable solutions
  • Able to develop prospect lists and formulating sales strategies by actively reaching out to new clients
  • Takes ownership of briefs received from clients, able to deliver proposals and negotiate well
  • Enjoys and works well in a team, has a collaborative spirit to achieve a team sales target
