RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Roles and Responsibilities: * Provide consultation services to address potential corporate clients\', recruitment agents, and students\' interest in KF\'s programs and services. The incumbent is expected to provide a high standard of service to KF\'s potential and existing corporate clients, students, recruitment agents, and internal stakeholders through sound advice, attending to walk-ins, telephone inquiries, emails, and other communications as appropriate

  • Prepare business development action plans and schedules to identify specific new accounts and sales targets and to project the number of program enrollments to be made.
  • Provide timely and accurate advice to support students in admission, advancement, readmission, installments, enrolment to KF\'s Program, and other professional programs\' admission requirements.
  • Assisting the head of KF Regional Manager in implementing sales and customer engagement initiatives designed to enhance the value of learning with KF and raise the profile, quality, and prestige of KF\'s new programs and partners\' professional qualifications designation.
  • Relationship management with potential and existing corporate accounts, students, and internal/ external stakeholders will become an increasingly important part of the role.
  • Active support for the wider business development team and maintaining market and product knowledge
  • Provide Accuracy of database information, timeliness of responses, recognition and fulfillment of prescribed standards and deadlines
Requirements: * At least 3 years of experience experience in multinational companies / client-facing / timeline pressure environment
  • Sales Hunter: A true hunter, someone who thrives on seeking out opportunities and closing deals.
  • Good team player and performer who thrives under pressure able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to analyze customer\'s business needs and make suggestions for talents development improvements.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Self-motivated and highly adaptive in challenging situations with strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Problem Solving and Execution - Strong frontline skillset, Excellent organisational, planning, and prioritization skills, and possess business acumen mindset
QUALIFICATIONS * Diploma from a local polytechnic in Business / Marketing / Mass Communication / Media / Engineering
OTHER INFORMATION

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm

Work Arrangements: Hybrid (Blend of in-office and remote work)
