Join Hexagon as the Sales Development Representative of our Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division – A team that empowers smart digital reality for autonomous Industrial Facilities. Position Summary/Purpose:
We are looking for motivated and professional Sales Development Specialist to join our APAC Business Unit. Based in Singapore and reporting to the Regional Associate Sales Development Manager, you will work as a senior and experienced team member to identify, research and approach customers in target industries. We provide Engineering Software Products, Services and Solutions to the major oil, gas, manufacturing, and energy companies in the region and our sales development team strives to develop new sectors.
Utilising your expert skills in outbound sales, your goal is to identify, research, contact and qualify prospects across the Indonesia region with the primary goal of booking a meeting for our Field Sales Team.

Responsibilities/Main Activities:

  • Responsible for Inbound and Outbound lead generation to fuel Hexagon PPM Pipeline and Growth.
  • Collaborate with and leverage teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities.
  • Generate emails sequences via Salesloft, cold-call prospecting, social selling and expand account relationship
  • Utilize industry knowledge to research & develop accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and identify compelling events.
  • High-level discovery and educational conversations using BANT Methodology
  • Book meetings for Field Sales and prepare for handover
  • Manage, track, and report on all activities
Qualifications and Experience Required:
  • Minimum 2 years of Inside Sales/ Sales Development experience
  • Strong communication, team player and customer relationship skills
  • Knowledgeable in sales engagement prospecting tools such Salesloft, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Yesware,etc.
  • Ability to negotiate skilfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively and close transactions with mutually beneficial results
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically. Ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection or failure
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach
  • Track record of achieving sales targets
  • Good time management skills
  • Experience working with a CRM tool (Salesforce)

  • Achievement of target numbers of qualified meetings and opportunities
  • Compliance to agreed sales development processes particularly on BANT qualification framework
  • Positive feedback from sales organisation re meetings, information, and documentation
  • Up to date re assigned SDR and Hexagon PPM training and knowledge sharing
Objectives/Goals:
  • Identify and approach target accounts in the assigned territory or industry segments
  • Increase pipeline and lead generation activities within the region
  • Collaborate with regional field sales team for revenue growth and expand account relationships.
